School Fees and Payment Options.

Fees

​

After an initial trial lesson, you will be invoiced for the balance of the term.

Fees are payable in advance for the term or balance of the term. Payments can be made by online, PayPal or Cash.

​

Refund Policy

​

Missed classes are non refundable however we allow a maximum of two catch up classes per term. A full terms notice is required to withdraw a child from lessons.

to notify us of any changes to your enrolment and to avoid automatic re-enrolment charges.

Ensure you fully understand and have read the Schools Policies, Rules and Regulations before attending any classes.

​

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay for your child's class fees. We send invoices out electronically over email and we ask that these are paid before the start of each new term.

The following methods are acceptable:

Cash

PAYPAL

BACs

Information on payment by BACS will be provided on your invoice.

​

Cash Payments

Please make cash payments direct to the ballet school. Put money in a labelled envelope clearly stating Child’s name and Classes they attend and enclose the Bristol Ballet School Invoice so that payments can be recored.

PayPal

The easiest way to make payment is online, here via Paypal. You do not have to have a Paypal account or sign up to Paypal to do this.

Complete the simple payment form and click ‘make payment now’

Click the ‘PAYPAL’ link

This will take you to the Paypal Payments Page. Here you can either login or make payment as a guest using either your credit or debit card.

Your payments will be automatically emailed through to us for us to reconcile your account.

 

Exam Coaching

Additional exam coaching classes are charged at the rate of £7 per class and will be invoiced separately.​

​

Fees:

As per the Dance School Terms and Conditions; fees must be paid before the student’s first class of each term. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal from Dance School classes. The payer will receive written notice if payment has not been received in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Fees are non-refundable and will not be returned because of absence under any circumstances.​

​We are pleased to provide family discount for families with 2 or more children.
